Programming the Delem DA-56 is simply drawing the profile of your product on the screen. Simulation of the bend sequence is done with the user-friendly bend determination tool. With one simple keystroke, the CNC program is calculated and stored.

Two servo motors control the movement of the upper beam. They guarantee the precision positioning of the punch into the die, with an unrivalled constancy, hence ensuring an excellent bending result. The PBE series is particularly adapted to the processing of small and complex parts, it allows the operator precise and adjustable control of the bending beam. This faculty provides a very high level of quality and productivity.
A CNC programmable 4 axes (X-gauging of bend length, R-gauging the height of the stops, Z1, Z2-gauging the distance between stops) high precision back-gauge is standard on all PBE series press brakes machines. High precision linear guide-ways are installed for maximize bending accuracy.
Accurate tools and good clamping system are fundaments for correct angles. PBE series is designed to use European precision ground tooling system as standard. This series is designed with fast wedge clamping system for quick fastening changing tool. Tool can be installed in any position of the beam regardless of tool width.
